Hamster - swollen feet/weakness,help me pls?

My hamster (Wyn) has been ill for almost a week now. His hands are swollen and he kept licking his bottom so as his hands and feet. he's not eating and i have to use a dropper to force him to drink. i read Yahoo Answers and i saw one who has the same problem used a Baytril. I do not know what to do with Wyn. He hasn't been eating for almost a week now. I couldn't sleep because I have to make sure he drinks every hour. I also can no longer see his suffering. Someone help me please. I can't afford to bring him to a Vet but I am willing to buy Baytril if it would really cure him. I am just afraid that it would just make his case worse. I can't lose Wyn. Thank you....
