Help!!!! Momma cat got hurt and isn't able to nurse her kittens.?

help!!!! Momma cat got hurt and isn't able to nurse her kittens. They are 4 weeks old. They are taking the formular from a medicine dropper. Can anyone tell me how much and how often I need to feed them????
