Dying kitten, no vet - don't know what to do! Pls help?

5 wk-old siamese kitten, just got him a few days ago, and he was perfectly fine until two days ago when he stopped eating and his stool became dark and runny. Today I found him still breathing but unable to move or even close his eyes. I gave him water through a a dropper but he could barely drink. It just took less than 2 days for whatever disease he he had to take its course. I really don't know what to do. There are no vets or shelters nearby. Has anybody been able to save a kitten in this condition?
