Help, I have a virus -- how serious is it?

If AVG tells you to do something so it can remove the virus, listen to it. AVG is a legit and powerful Anti-Virus. I use it and recommend it to everyone that I do business with. I do work in computer and electronic repair so I see lots of viruses come in. If AVG can't get rid of it you might want to look at it being professionally removed or reformatting and reinstalling the operating system.
