How many grams of Ca(OH)2 are needed to neutralize 5 g of 3-methylbutqnoic acid?

Given that the reaction is feasible, 1 mole of Ca(OH)2 is needed to neutralise 2 moles of acid . 5g of acid contains 5/102 moles. Therefore (5/102) x (1/2) moles of lime is required which is equal to (5/102) x (1/2) x(74) grams = 1.81 g
