What neutralizes the burning of Bengay/Icy-Hot on sensitive areas, I know milk works on pepper-spray?

i did that once but im a girl and it hurt far worse i got in the shower not hot shower and sat there till it stoped burning with the water running i would say something like dawn that cuts grease and a shower
