I don't know how to make friends.?

I am 21 years old and have been married for almost 3 years. Me and my husband have a great relationship. We are complete opposites though, but this helps our marriage, I have always heard oppisites attract. Anyways, he is a very caring talkative person, and very intimidating, and he is always making new friends. But me on the other hand, I have always had a hard time making friends, even in high school. I am very shy, but yet very good looking if I should say so myself. I just dont know how to make friends. No one seems interested in being my friend. I just feel so lonely sometimes when my husband has all of his friends over and I'm just hanging out with the dudes. I have always just hung out with the dudes, but I think its the time in my life when I really need girlfriends. Someone please help me!
