Is it weird for a 17 year old to not have experienced thier first kiss?

To be 17 and havent even dated one girl or had his first kiss,thats bad right? Is it a turn-off to girls to be inexperienced? Im very Timid and quiet and gentle natured so i never really talk to girls because they all look intimidating to me. Its kinda impossible for me to talk to em >_> sad right? Ah,im also kinda anti-social >_> it hard to talk to girls,buts hard to talk to people i dont know in general. My self esteem isnt the highest either...hm...lets just say im jacked up xD. Anyways back to the question,is it weird to not have dated anyone or kissed anyone ect at age 17? Most people my age are having sex or something already ( Well i could care less about that stuff right now) so it has to be abnormal...right?
