I found a baby bird in my backyard, what should I do?

Pick it up with a towel and put in in a shoebox. Then put it in a quiet, dark room. Call your local wildlife shelter place. Ask them what to do, and you can probably bring it in. They'll take care of it. I did this before and it works. Good luck!
