The world sucks and I'm lost! I need a good listener...anyone?

No one knows I'm in the closet. It's been a long lonely road (I'm 25). My situations has deemed that I'll be staying put for a while longer. I'm hoping to find someone calm, around my age or older and is willing to listen to my sap and possibly mentor me. I don't mean to be picky...but I am a little bit older and is still very insecure...I'm too easily intimidated by confident young people, I hope no one is offended. If not, please recommend a website where I can find people to help me make my glass more half-full.
