I need help finding out what movie this is.?

So the dude in this movie reminds me of omar epps but i know its not. anyway the guy robs a bank shoots the bank guard but you don't really hear about him to the end of the movie. anyway he has this girl friend that is Physic and does all this stuff with tarot cards and she is Smokin hot BTW. but then there are the gangsta Jamaicans that got in to and argument because the guy was supposed to put a proper drop of acid on the dude they was Torchering head but the guy though he said Proper dropper. anyway at the end of the movie security guard comes back and the guy who shot him is trying to figure out just who the hell this guy is. then he finally shows him that he is the security guard by dropping his pants and showing him that he got his penis blown off in that bank robbery and that he is Peeing in a bag. What movie is that. Please someone let me know.
