Does exalted mars cancel effects of Manglik Dosha?

well most people accept that it ALMOST neutralise the dosha sat at least ninety % so if you feel that you are 10% dosha only then will you go for another horoscope which has got 100% dosha my suggestion is you should go for horoscope whicfh is NOT magalik but will the other person accept you as 100% as pure from dhosha is the million dollar question generally others who are not sure of the clearance from dhosa will decide ONLY against this why should we accept it can't we get a pure horocope or is there no pure horoscope available in the world will be their attitude
