Help My Guinea pig is sick i need a vet help line and its 2 in the morning?

My Guinea pig will not stop twichting she is cold weak and wont eat or drink i had to feed her mashed up carrots threw a eye dropper and give her water threw the eye dropper too i am only 15 and my Guineaa Pig is 2 1/2 years old HELP please im worried sick and cant sleep Anyone know of a 24 hour help line i can call to get answers if i brought her in right now it would be $110 anthat'sts to much for my family PLEASE HELP ME :( i cant stop crying
