Baby chicken has a twisted Neck.?

She was fine yesterday morning, but now her neck is twisted, and she walks backing up. I put a neck brace on her, and fed her a dropper full of sugar water, but she doesn't seem to be getting much better. What do I need to do to help her heal? There are no chicken vets in my area.
