Does American Eagle hire Asian guys? if so, how would I submit my application in store?

Well to start off I am an Asian guy currently working at AE. I have worked there on and off (I go to school away from AE) for about a year. AE is committed to hiring anyone that would benefit the company regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. The only thing that may hinder your chances of getting hired is your age. Each store can only hire so many minors (under 18) and they can only work specific hours. I was 17 when I was hired and was able to work, but it was definitely easier for them to schedule me once I turned 18. As far as what you should put on your resume just be honest and if you don't have an job experience (I didn't really either) then go ahead and put your volunteer stuff. I think I mentioned how my involvement with high school activities was why I didn't have much job experience; just try to make negative things into positive ones! Also when you go in to turn in your application make sure you ask for a manager. It's just easier that way because that way an associate can't accidentally lose your app and you will get a chance to meet the manager. They might even briefly look over your app there and schedule for an interview on the spot. (That's what they did for me). Good luck!
