Help feeding two week old chipoo puppys with bottle?

their mom a chiuaua got into something we r not sure wat and had a relly bad reaction to it yesterday we got her all better but she was so shaky nd her jaw was chattering tht her is tounge is bruised so we feed her water threw a dropper and we dnt want any if whats in her system to get to the puppys itll only be for a few days :]
