Please help me my hamster is sick, what is wrong? what should i do?

She seems to be very swollen in her face, he body is hunched up and that is how i found her. Her eyes were shut and she is starting to open them but only slightly because she is so abnormally big. When she tries to stand up her whole body shakes. She is moving around her nose and her feet and i have been giving her water through a dropper and a mixture of luke warm water honey and milk. She sucks it right up. Also my family says she feels cold so we have her a couple feet away from a heat lamp laying on a towel. Do you know what is wrong? Anything else i should do?
