My boyfriend says i intimidate him? How?

We've been dating for 5 1/2 weeks. He just recently told me that i intimidate him cause i asked him if i did. I asked how but he just said that he didn't know and that im scary and that's why he can't keep eye contact. Im a tiny thing and most people say im the nicest person they know, so i really don't know how i could be intimidating. Please help, how can a girl be intimidating to a guy?
